Nadi Tenang highly qualified teachers create bespoke lessons based on our consultation with you before the class. Whether you need to de-stress, stretch deeply, build strength or improve mobility, we research and plan our class with you so they fit your needs. Every request is different and this is the exclusivity we offer.
Your instructor will lead you through a bespoke series of postures, meditation & breath work most beneficial for your body type and stress levels, offering gentle adjustments that deepen you into your practice. You will feel your body strengthening and stretching whilst the mind finds time for quiet reflection & peace. Bliss!
