Wadie comes from a background in Economics and Finance but has since found herself a career path in yoga after finding passion in it. When she's not on the mat, Wadie runs the superwoman lifestyle being a full-time mum and completing her Ph.D. in Finance.
As yoga started off as a healing remedy for her body, she realized that it had changed her life for the better, mentally, and physically. With the knowledge she has gained from her experiences in life, she saw an opportunity to give back to the community by sharing her knowledge in yoga, and experiences in life, through Nadi Tenang.
Starting her yoga journey in 2015 as part of her fitness lifestyle, Nabila has spent the time in her practice to perfect her techniques while gaining more knowledge and at the same time sharing her passion with her close community. She loves practicing vinyasa and pilates is her favorite too.
Coming from media & sports marketing background, at Nadi Tenang, Nabila manages operations by making sure that our clients and members receive the best of the best.
Graduated in Professional Communications back in 2019, Izzah has a background in communications, marketing, event management and music. As she moves forward in her career, Izzah has found interest in helping businesses achieve their goals through communication, social media and marketing.
