Allign with the government effort in managing and mitigating COVID-19 outbreak and making sure Malaysian has easy access to COVID-19 matters, it is compulsory for all members to scan MySejahtera QR Code and checked-in before entering the studio.
COVID-19 Health Declaration
We want to ensure our members could practice comfortably with a peaceful mind. As additional protection, we appreciate if you could scan and fill up Nadi Tenang COVID-19 Health Declaration form upon arriving at the studio door.
Health Checks Protocols
Temperature checks are compulsory upon entering our studio for all staff and members. Only with temperature below 37.5°C are allowed to access the studio.
Good Personal Hygiene Habits
We provide hand sanitizer at few corners of the studio for easy access and hand soaps are available for use. All staff and members are required to wear face masks in the studio compound except for during practice where you have an option of wearing or otherwise.
Studio Props Availability
It is encouraged for members to bring your own mats or yoga towel as lining if you wish to use our mats at the studio. Props like blocks and straps are unavailable for used.
Limited number of mats are allowed in each class and mats are placed at least 1 meter apart from each other. Strictly no hands-on adjustments during classes. We are operating fully on cashless transactions. Should you wish to purchase our class plans, booking can be made via our website with payment through, credit card, PayPal, or online banking transfer.
Safe Environment Policy
As much as we like to chill after class or in between classes, we appreciate you could minimize dwell time in the studio and waiting are not allowed to avoid overcrowding. Schedule your time wisely to arrive around 10 minutes before the class starts so you don't have to wait for long.
