Derived from the Sanskrit word of Sun (Ha) and Moon (Tha), this class provides the traditional basis of yoga, and strives to find the perfect balance between opposing forces, be it between the Sun and the Moon, strength and flexibility, or mental and physical energy. This class is great for beginners to intermediate, and those who look to challenge both their mind and body.

Cancellation Policy

1. All clients are allowed to cancel and reschedule their bookings, however must manage to do so themselves. If clients face any issue, you may contact us directly and employees will assist to solve the issue, but will not manage the client’s bookings. 2. All cancellations and rescheduling of classes must be made 12 hours before initial scheduled class. 3. Nadi Tenang is allowed to make any cancellation or rescheduling of services. In any case that this happens, all clients who have made bookings will be notified.
