Give your little one an afternoon with plenty to look forward to.
TWIST OR TREAT is a special 1.5-hour kids experience with Teacher JJ, bringing together Kids Yoga, Quiet Time Exercise, Crafty Time, new friendships, yummy treats and a little friendly competition too.
It starts on the mat.
Teacher JJ will guide the kids through a playful yoga session filled with twists, stretches, balances and fun poses, giving them the space to explore movement, follow along and enjoy trying something new.
