KIDS SPACE DAY WITH NADI TENANG X DECATHLON SHAH ALAM
We have spent the month celebrating International Yoga Day with adults, families and communities. Now it is the children’s turn!
Join us for Kids Space Day, a special yoga adventure designed for young explorers aged 4 to 12 years old. Inspired by the wonders of space, this playful session invites children to imagine, move and explore through yoga as they journey across galaxies, dodge shooting stars and travel beyond the clouds.
Led by Teacher Zeti, one of Nadi Tenang’s experienced Kids Yoga instructors, this session combines movement, storytelling, creativity and fun in a safe and welcoming environment. Children will build confidence, coordination, focus and body awareness while enjoying an hour of imaginative play.
Children aged 3 years old may also join with the support and supervision of a parent or guardian.
