Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Nadi Tenang, a studio of yoga and other services provided by Nadi Hub Services Sdn Bhd. Before you get started, it's important for you to understand your responsibilities as a client (guest or member), and for you to understand that you are entering into an agreement with Nadi Tenang which is designed to protect Nadi Tenang and outline the relationship among Teachers, Employees, Clients and Nadi Tenang.


THIS IS A BINDING CONTRACT, PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. Upon completion of the registration process you affirmatively agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, but you also are deemed to have accepted them (and any changes that have been published on this page) by accessing or using our website, and services. It is your responsibility to check this page from time to time to review any changes to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you will not be permitted to book any services or membership plans. 

  1. Definitions & Interpretations

    • To understand the context of our Terms and Conditions, here are the following terms and its definition for your reference. (Term: Reference/Definition)

      • Month/Week:​ Referring to periods of time in which our services are provided by Nadi Tenang

      • You/Client: Defined by the client purchasing the service provided by Nadi Tenang, for both guests and members.

      • The Studio/ The Company/ We/ Us/ Our: Referring to Nadi Tenang, whose place of operation is located at this address (111, Block 2, Persiaran Laman Seri Business Park, 40100 Shah Alam, Selangor), and includes all of Nadi Tenang’s services, facilities and property.

      • Classes/Services: Defined by the various classes, private sessions and/or physical therapy sessions provided by Nadi Tenang.

      • Products: Defined by the various products for sale, provided by Nadi Tenang or brands’ consignments.

      • Bookings: Referring to purchases made by clients, for services provided by Nadi Tenang.

      • Members: Defined by clients who have an account on our website to purchase any of our services or membership plans.

      • Membership Plans/ Plans: Referring to the plans that include a variety of perks and periods that are offered exclusively to members who have subscribed to the plans provided by Nadi Tenang.

      • Rules/Regulations: Referring to the rules or regulations placed by government policies and restrictions, or Nadi Tenang.

  2. Bookings

    • Clients can make bookings of our services as a guest or as a member of our website. All bookings must be made on our website, but can also be made at our Studio if your request is attended to by our employees. 

    • Clients can make bookings as early as 2 weeks in advance, until 5 minutes before initial scheduled classes. 

    • Walk-ins are allowed, given that the class held has available spots for clients to join.

    • Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

      • All clients are allowed to cancel and reschedule their bookings, however must manage to do so themselves. If clients face an issue, you may contact us directly and employees will assist to solve the issue, but will not manage the client’s bookings.

      • All cancellations and rescheduling of classes must be made 24 hours before initial scheduled class. 

      • Nadi Tenang is allowed to make any cancellation or rescheduling of services. In any case that this happens, all clients who have made bookings will be notified. 

      • For members who have not subscribed to our membership plans, please refer to Section 3.3. to know more about our refund policy.

  3. Membership Plans
    • Clients must sign up to be a member of this website to purchase a membership plan. 

    • All membership plans are limited to (1) person only. 

    • In the case of any shareable promotions (referring to a plan being shareable between (2) or more persons), Nadi Tenang will have to clearly communicate the additional terms and conditions to clients on both publicly and/or privately.

    • Membership plans are immediately activated upon purchase. We will not entertain clients who inquire about activating their plans on a later date. 

    • All classes in membership plans are non-transferable. Meaning that if clients have leftover classes and their membership plan is about to end, their classes will not be transferred if the plan is renewed. 

  4. Fees & Payment

    • Payment Process & Confirmation

      • We provide (2) methods of payment that clients may use to their convenience, however does not provide an option of an FPX Payment Gateway.  We do not accept cash as a method of payment.

        • Credit and Debit Card

          • Credit and Debit Card transactions are managed on Stripe. 

          • We accept payments internationally. 

          • All payments made by credit and debit cards will automatically confirm your booking. 

        • Bank Transfer and QR Pay

          • Bank Transfers and QR Pay are considered as ‘Manual Payment’ on our website. 

          • We have provided instructions on how you can make payment through Bank Transfer or QR Pay at our payment checkout. 

          • Once payment is made, you may proceed to book your class. However, your booking will not be confirmed until a proof of payment has been sent to us on our email or WhatsApp. 

          • All proof of payment must be given 48 hours before initial scheduled class. If client fails to do so, your booking will be void.

    • Refund Policy

      • All purchases of our services, plans and products are non-refundable. 

      • Refunds are only issued in the case that Nadi Tenang provides special promotions or prices that are specifically made to accommodate a client or multiple clients, OR in the case of wrong purchase. 

      • In any case that Nadi Tenang has made a cancellation or has rescheduled your class, clients are permitted to ask for a refund.

  5. Studio Rules

    • Classes

      • All classes must be booked in advance, and online. We do not allow physical walk-ins into our classes. 

      • All clients are advised to be 15 minutes early to class. 

      • Tardiness will not be tolerated. Clients are allowed a 15 minute buffer time to enter the class after it has started. After 15 minutes, clients are permitted to enter. 

      • Clients are allowed to bring their phones under the following circumstances: 

        • Phones must be on silent and no vibrations. 

        • Photos and video recordings are not allowed during the class. 

        • Clients will be given a 15 minute buffer time after class to take pictures. 

      • Our studio does not condone any verbal or physical altercation. If any altercation in our studio were to happen between our students, or between students and our teachers, Nadi Tenang will remove students off of our premises. 

    • Covid-19 Standard Of Procedure

      • All individuals entering the Studio must check-in to our location through MySejahtera.

      • All individuals will go through mandatory temperature checks. Those with temperatures 37.5°C and above will not be allowed into the Studio.

      • Masks must be worn at all times inside the Studio, except during practices. You will not be permitted to enter the Studio without a mask.

      • All individuals present at the Studio must practice social distancing of at least 1 meter at all times in the Studio.

      • Clients are advised to come to class at least 15 minutes early, and must leave the Studio within 30 minutes after class.

      • Clients are advised to use their own equipment, however are allowed to use Studio’s equipment, provided they sanitise them before and after use.

      • Nadi Tenang practices regular sanitisation of all equipment and facilities:

        • Rooms will be sanitized before or after classes. Classes have at least 1 hour between them to carry out sanitization.

        • Common areas (registration area, lockers, toilets) are sanitized regularly throughout the day.

        • Equipment (mats, blocks, hammocks, and straps) are sanitised after every use. 

  6. Equipment & Facilities

    • Nadi Tenang will provide the necessary equipment needed for all services. However, if a client chooses to use their own, they are more than welcome to do so. 

    • Our clients can use our facilities for private sessions, provided that they have made an advance booking for a private session.

    • All facilities in our Studio will provide a sanitisation station for clients to sanitise their hands, and equipment. 

  7. Liability Waiver

    • Health and Medical Condition

      • The client acknowledges and represents that to the best of their knowledge, the client suffers from no medical or physical conditions, or disabilities, that will or might increase the normal risks associated with exercises and have had their physician approve their participation in our services. 

      • The client is in proper physical condition to participate in our services, and is fully aware that participation could, in some circumstances, result in abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heartbeat disorders, physical injury and potentially heart attack. The client understands that they could experience muscle, back and other injuries during exercise, and are aware of their physical limitations, and will stop physical activity before ill or injured. The client understands that it is their continuing responsibility to inform the Studio of any previous medical conditions, injuries or surgeries prior to their first class and any future changes to their medical condition. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the services, the client agrees to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which they might incur as a result of participating in the services provided at the Studio.

    • Coronavirus/COVID-19 Risks

      • The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited or discouraged the congregation of groups of people. 

      • Nadi Tenang has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, Nadi Tenang cannot guarantee that individuals will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending activities at the facility could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, the client acknowledges the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that they may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending classes and programs conducted by Nadi Tenang, regardless of the location of such classes and programs, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. 

      • The client understands that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Nadi Tenang facility may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, the Released Parties (as defined above), and other activity participants. 

    • In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the services, the client voluntarily and expressly waive any “Claim” (as defined below) that they may have against the Studio, its owners, members, employees, and/or its teachers, volunteer staff, interns, workshop presenters, independent contractors and the landlord of the Studio (each, a “Released Party”) for any Claim that they may sustain as a result of participating in the services at the Studio even if the Claim arises from the negligence of any Released Party or anyone else. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless each Released Party from any loss or liability incurred in defending any Claim made by me or anyone making a Claim on my behalf, even if the Claim is alleged to or did result from the negligence of any Released Party or anyone else. “Claim” includes but is not limited to any and all liabilities, claims, demands, expenses, fees, legal actions, rights of actions for damages, personal injury, mental suffering and distress, or death that the client may suffer, my children may suffer or that my unborn child may suffer (including any legal fees or expenses) in connection with participation in any services.

    • The client, their heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue any Released Party for any Claim caused by any negligence or other acts of a Released Party.

  8. Privacy Policy

    1. Nadi Tenang is committed to protecting your privacy. This data protection and privacy policy sets out how we use and protect the information you give us through this website.

    2. To serve you better, you are aware and agreeable that we may share information you give us with other government agencies or our partners when you:

      • register with our website; 

      • submit any electronic forms available in this website; 

      • send an e-mail which includes personal data, 

        For instance, you may have a complaint that we can only resolve or address by working with another government agency.

    3. Cookies

      • Our website (along with many others) generates “cookies”, which are special files collected by our servers that identify you or your computer whenever you visit the site. These cookies do not record data permanently and are not stored on your computer’s hard drive; once you close your browser, your computer deletes the cookies.

    4. Log Information

      • When you access Nadi Tenang’s website, our web servers automatically records in a log information that your browser sends. These server logs may include information such as your web request, internet protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.

    5. Storage Security & Data Protection

      • Nadi Tenang has put in place technology and standards to protect stored and transmitted personal information you give us. This includes encryption software and strict security standards. However, while we are committed to protecting your personal data, we do not guarantee unauthorised or accidental access to such data.

    6. Information Collected

      • Nadi Tenang does not automatically gather personal information that can identify you when you browse the site. Any personal information we receive must come from you, for instance when you send us e-mail or submit a form during the course of registration, replying to a survey, making an application or executing a contract in a secured part of the website.

    7. Your Consent

      • By giving us your personal information, you are giving us consent to collect, use and disclose your personal information under the terms of this policy and any relevant privacy and data protection laws in Malaysia. If you do not wish to give us this consent, then please do not use any of the forms on our website.

    8. Use and Disclosure of Personal Data and Purpose Specification

      • Nadi Tenang will keep confidential all personal information collected through our website. We may however disclose such information to the following parties in the course of using the information for the reason it was collected:

        • Subsidiaries, holding companies, associated companies or affiliates of Nadi Tenang; 

          • Companies solely or jointly-controlled by Nadi Tenang; 

          • A person or company acting on behalf of Nadi Tenang; 

          • Any other person or company who has undertaken to keep such information confidential, provided they have a right to such information.

            We will also disclose your personal data to government authorities if we are forced to by law. We may also disclose your personal information to anyone else that has a right to it under Malaysian law so long as they can prove they have the authority to do so.

    9. Data Retention

      • All personal information given to us by the client will be kept for as long as there is any reason to do so, for instance to satisfy the law or regulations, or to protect our interests. If not, your personal information will be removed from our electronic, manual, and other filing systems according to our internal procedures and schedules.


    10. Changes to this Policy

      • Nadi Tenang has the right to change this policy at any time. We will announce any changes on this page. This policy is not a contract, nor does it suggest any obligation on our part with another party.

By clicking the checkbox at all bookings and product checkout, you will be agreeing to all terms and conditions placed by Nadi Tenang. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you will not be allowed to make any purchases on our website.
